Donations to Charity

Cheers to a better world! Your celebrations contribute to sustainability and humanitarian causes around the globe, as well as in your own backyard. We donate a portion of the proceeds from each event to charity, from international non-profits to local community-building organizations. A few of our recent donations went to the following groups:

American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society combines an unyielding passion with nearly a century of experience to save lives and end suffering from cancer. As a global grassroots force of more than three million volunteers, the Society fights for every birthday threatened by every cancer in the community.
Food Runners picks up excess perishable and prepared food from businesses such as restaurants, caterers, bakeries, hospitals, event planners, corporate cafeterias, and hotels and delivers it directly to shelters and neighborhood programs that feed the hungry.
GRID Alternatives is a nonprofit organization that brings the benefits of solar technology to communities that would not otherwise have access, providing needed savings for families, preparing workers for jobs in the fast-growing solar industry, and helping clean our environment.
American Cancer Society
Kiva connects people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world.
Since 1957, the National Council on Alcoholism Bay Area (NCA-BA or NCADA-BA), has been fighting the prevalence and consequences of alcoholism and other drug addictions in the San Francisco Bay Area. The NCA-BA is a California nonprofit corporation with a volunteer board of directors. They are an affiliate of NCADD, the oldest voluntary alcoholism health agency in the United States.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services.
SF Ballet’s mission is to share our joy of dance with the widest possible audience, both locally and around the world, and to provide the highest caliber of dance training in our School.
American Cancer Society
The Lupus Foundation of America is the a national organization devoted to solving the mystery of lupus, while giving caring support to those who suffer from its impact. Through a comprehensive program of research, education, and advocacy, they lead the fight to improve the quality of life for all people affected by the disease.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association is the world’s leading nonprofit health agency dedicated to finding treatments and cures for muscular dystrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other neuromuscular diseases. They do so through worldwide research; by providing comprehensive health care services and support to MDA families nationwide.
Enhances the capacity of community organizations around the world to address local health, social, environmental, and economic issues. They also educate international communities on effective approaches for sustainable community development.
The NCLF searches for cures for cancer and other life-threatening diseases throughout the world, and insures that all persons, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status or country of residence, have access to life-saving medical care.

Is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces each November. With their Mo's, these men raise vital awareness and funds for men's health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. The funds raised in the US support prostate cancer and testicular cancer initiatives.
is a chapter of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES), a national organization dedicated to advancing the use of solar and other renewable energy sources for the benefit of the global environment.
is a worldwide Buddhist network which promotes peace, culture and education through personal transformation and social contribution.
The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA provides warm beds, food, vet care and a gentle touch for all the lost, stray, unwanted and injured animals in the community.

is the largest regional organization working to protect, restore and celebrate San Francisco Bay. As its leading champion since 1961, Save The Bay protects the Bay from pollution and inappropriate shoreline development, making it cleaner and healthier for people and wildlife.
The mission of Sustainable Harvest International (SHI) is to provide farming families in Central America with the training and tools to preserve our planet's tropical forests while overcoming poverty.
Verde Valley School seeks to create a community of teachers and learners that is, first and foremost, committed to multi-culturalism and social diversity. In particular, the goal to successfully model an interdependent, international living environment by its students and faculty has been a crucial element of the VVS mission, supporting its hallmark field trip program and formal studies in anthropology.

The Community Energy Services Corporation is a community-based organization that has delivered energy, environmental, and home repair services to Bay Area residents since 1986. Originally created by the City of Berkeley, the City Council made CESC independent in July 2008.
The Aids Lifecycle is a 7-day, 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, that raises money and awareness for the HIV and AIDS services of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.

Voz is a contemporary fair trade fashion company that uses design innovation to aid indigenous artisans out of poverty by connecting them to the fashion industry. Starting in Southern Chile with a community of Mapuche women, product designers and indigenous weavers collaborate to produce environmentally pristine fashions that both represent Mapuche ethnic culture and appeal to high-end boutiques.
